Emacs Keyboard Customizations

Due to my past "Surviving Emacs" postings (see here, here, here, here, here, here), I frequently get emails asking about my Kinesis contoured keyboard and the keyboard/keybinding customizations (see here, here) that I've done. In my posts, I make it clear that I work on a Mac with OS X and some of the questions that I get are from people asking whether I need to make any adjustments when I use other systems (I frequently do work for clients who use Linux or Win32). Here is my current keyboard layout (Note: The "End" key is actually "Option/Alt" and vice versa. I haven't swapped them as the two keys are physically different sizes and they don't fit well when swapped).

Kinesis Layout

For the most part, I do client work remotely, so I can continue to use my Kinesis keyboard when connected to Linux and Win32 boxes without change. However, when I do remote connections to Win32 systems, I do add the following supplemental keyboard:
