European Common Lisp Meeting
Tuesday, April 26, 2005
Last weekend was the European Common Lisp Meeting in Amsterdam. I thought about it over the weekend and had a twinge of regret that I hadn't been able to make it to Amsterdam. However, there are really too many things happening in my life at the moment and I couldn't fit in a conference too. But, given the marvel of the Internet, we are able to at least get a taste of what it was like. I've been reading the various accounts of the meeting that different people have been posting on their blogs over the past few days. Here are the ones that I've read so far:
Hopefully, some of the presentations will be posted online in the near future too.Oh well, for all of us procrastinators, there are still a couple more Lisp conferences that we can make it to this year.
Update-2005-04-27: Edi Weitz emailed me to let me know that my wish had been granted: he has started to update his ECLM page with links to some of the presentations and some photos from the meeting. He will be adding some more material to the page over the next few days. Also, he'll be publishing some "bootleg quality" videos taken by James Anderson (the pictures were also taken by James) of some of the talks on the same page. It's nice to have your wishes granted! :-)
