Practical Common Lisp book now available

Practical Common LisppadPeter Seibel's new book Practical Common Lisp is now available from Amazon. I've had it on pre-order for months and, when I read that it was shipping, I was eagerly awaiting my email from Amazon to tell me that my copy was on it's way. Unfortunately, it looks like Amazon must "expire" pre-orders after a certain amount of time because my order wasn't listed in my Amazon account! After much searching through my account logs, I finally decided that I wasn't going to get two copies (yes, Peter, I really, really do like the book, but I can only read one copy at a time!) sent to me if I ordered another one, so I ordered it again.

If you haven't ordered your copy yet and you're interested in Common Lisp, this is definitely a book worth owning. Peter is going to continue to leave the book text and code online as well as providing a Lispbox download so that newbies to CL can get up and running quickly.
