Getting ready for ILC2003

I've added a place-holder page for Using Emacs as a Lisp IDE to the CL Cookbook site. I'll be updating it with some code examples from my ILC2003 talk either later next week or the week after. I'll be giving the talk on Monday but will need to fly out to California later that day. It's a shame I'll be missing most of the conference - I was especially looking forward to hearing Paul Graham on Tuesday. Hopefully, videos of the presentations will be available this year too. The proceedings and videos from last year's conference are still available at Franz's store.
